Customers may place orders through the platform (where applicable).
Payments, if processed online, are handled through third-party payment gateways.
Any disputes regarding product quality or delivery should be reported through the platform's support system.
Refunds or cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective business.
Each geographical zone is managed by an approved franchisee.
Franchisees are responsible for managing and compensating their staff and delivery riders.
Franchisees earn commission from ad revenue and deliveries within their zone and are required to pay platform fees as agreed.
Riders are registered and assigned by franchisees.
Riders use the MarketApp.pk delivery system to accept, track, and complete deliveries.
Timely and safe delivery is expected; misconduct may result in removal from the platform.
Businesses can choose to promote their listings through paid advertising options.
Franchisees may receive a commission from ads running in their zones.
MarketApp.pk reserves the right to approve or reject ad content.
